Well, it has been a long time since my last post.
Times have been tough and I have lost alot of clients that I though would never go under. The lending practices and the greed involved has sent us all on an unwanted rollercoaster ride. I have had to completely rebuilt my client list. I only have 3 remaining clients of the original group. I am afraid that we have not seen the last of the lender closures. We have certainly not seen the end of the foreclosures. More later....
